Step by Step Valentine’s Day Bow and Arrow Drawing Instructions
Step 1 – Draw the Arrow Tail
Begin by drawing a small heart shape on the left side of your page. This will be the feather tail of your arrow.
Step 2 – Add the Arrow Shaft
From the heart, draw two parallel lines extending to the right. These lines make up the arrow’s shaft.
Step 3 – Draw the Arrowhead
At the far right end of the shaft, draw a rounded triangle shape for the arrowhead. Point it outward to make it look sharp.
Step 4 – Add More Feathers
Return to the arrow tail and add two more small hearts behind the first one to make the arrow’s feathers look fuller and decorative.
Step 5 – Draw the Bow Curve
Next, sketch a long, wavy curve along the right side of the arrow. This will form one side of the bow.
Step 6 – Complete the Bow
Draw a mirrored wavy line on the opposite side to finish the bow shape. Connect both ends of the bow to the arrow shaft with straight lines — these are the bowstrings.
